CLEANING - CHECKING - PAINTING

Whatever your project is, there are three steps that apply to every painting project.

Cleaning
Work on the surface so that there are no loose particles by sanding it down. Fill any holes with filler. Make sure the wood is dry and clean. Do not use chemical cleaners, a soapy water solution is fine.

Checking
What are the conditions like? Will it stay dry today? Make sure that when you paint it is not colder than 15 degrees and not too humid. Take the wind into account when painting outside. Store the wood stain at a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 degrees.

Painting
Not sure about the colour or effect? Try a small piece first and wait for the result. Do you already know what you want? Then what are you waiting for, get to work!
